Who is gonna win this week? I’ll tell you who! There are four games that vegas is wrong on! Jumping right into it:
Denver @ Kansas City (-10)
Washington (-1) @ NY Giants
Tampa Bay (+4.5) @ Cincinatti
New Orleans (+1) @ Minnesota
Denver has been up and down this year. KC has been near unstoppable on the road and especially at home. This spread is realistic when comparing professionals but the Chiefs are far too good this year for the Broncos to compete. Take the Chiefs at home easily.
I don’t understand why the Vegas spreadmakers constantly give the Giants the benefit of the doubt. I assume this is purely because the number of fans in NY but it’s silly to think they can hang with Washington in the current season.
I’m not a fan of TB but the offensive firepower is undeniable. Cincinatti started strong but it appears that it was merely a side effect of a weak schedule. While still decent, the Bengals will not be able to score enough to cover the spread vs TB.
New Orleans proved last week that they can win on the road and Minnesota is having trouble with consistency. The Vikings have been tough at home for teams not named Buffalo but that is exactly why I like the Saints. If Buffalo owns you at home, New Orleans can beat you in Minneapolis.
