Here we are again, recapping another solid week of NFL Football. There were no huge surprises this week as most games went as expected and many of them were decided by more than one score.
The New England Patriots seem to be back on track, after starting the year slow, by beating the Buffalo Bills handily in Buffalo. The Pittsburgh Steelers avenged a week one tie with the Cleveland Browns by serving up a beatdown that we are used to seeing between those two. Additionally, the Redskins of Washington pulled off another victory over a NY Giants team with Eli Manning appearing to be a shadow of his former self.
In some of the more intriguing moments of the week, the Bengals took a huge lead over the Buccaneers until Winston was benched and Fitzpatrick found some of the old Fitzmagic! Tampa Bay was not able to gut this out as the Bengals came alive at just the right time for the winning field goal drive. Arizona got a huge win over the San Francisco 49ers by scoring two late TDs and stealing one! New Orleans also got revenge by traveling to Minnesota and easily defeating the Vikings by 10.
The formula went about 50/50 this week but my best bets went 3-1 again this week, putting me at a whopping 10-3 or 77% win percentage over the past 3 weeks! Now I just have to keep up the streak and enjoy the rewards! Until next week, have fun.
